Cancellation Policy

We understand that unanticipated events happen occasionally in everyone’s life. In our desire to be effective and fair to all clients, the following policies are honored:

24 hours' advance notice is required when canceling an appointment. This allows someone else to schedule an appointment. If you are unable to give us 24 hours' advance notice, you will be charged the full amount of your appointment. This amount must be paid by the time of your next scheduled appointment and will be charged to the card on file at the time of the missed appointment.

No-shows
Anyone who either forgets or consciously chooses to forgo their appointment for whatever reason will be considered a “no-show.” They will be charged  the full amount for their “missed” appointment. 

Late Arrivals
If you arrive late, your session may be shortened in order to accommodate others whose appointments follow yours. Depending upon how late you arrive, your therapist will then determine if there is enough time remaining to start a treatment. Regardless of the length of the treatment actually given, you will be responsible for the “full” session. Out of respect and consideration to your therapist and other customers, please plan accordingly and be on time. If I am running behind I will add the time at the end to ensure you are given a full session. I reserve the right to cancel at any time up to 1/2 hour before scheduled appointment time for any reason.

General Policies

1. Prices are subject to change without notice.
2. A credit card or gift certificate is required to reserve two or more services, or more than one person of the same party.
3. We do accept checks however a $20.00 fee will be charged for all returned checks.
4. We accept VISA, Mastercard and Discover and give a $5 incentive for debit/cash payments. 
5. BethanyHealth is not responsible for lost or stolen items.
6. All services provided at BethanyHealth are strictly therapeutic.  We uphold the highest standards of ethical boundaries.  Any action (sexual requests, comments, gestures, etc..) contrary to these standards will terminate the massage and the client will be charged in full for the suspended session.

Cancellation Policies

1. If there is a need to cancel an appointment, we require 24 hours notice.
2. If you provide less than 24 hours notice, you will be charged the full amount as we have committed to serve you during this time.
3. If you arrive late, you may not receive your full treatment, however you will be charged for the full service.
4. Please arrive 15 minutes early for your first appointment.  You will be asked to fill out an intake form to provide your massage therapist with pertinent information regarding your health history.  For all subsequent visits, please arrive 5 minutes before your scheduled appointment to allow time for a complete session.

Gift Certificate Policies

1. Gift Certificates are valid 6 months from purchase. No exceptions. All Gift Certificate sales are final. No exceptions.
2. Gift Certificate appointments that are not kept will be considered "no-show" if less than 24 hours notice is given  as we have committed to serve you during this time. 
3. BethanyHealth is not responsible for lost or stolen Gift Certificates.

Specials Policies

1. If you wish to book a treatment for two, regardless of the fact that you are a couple or not, you cannot use any promotional offer or discount, including but not limited to the $10.00 off first time clients. 
2. We reserve the right to cancel, void or change any promotional offer advertised by BethanyHealth without notice, if no expiration date is indicated in the marketing material.
3. When booking a service, you must inform us of your intent to use a promotional offer.  We reserve the right to book not more than two discounted services each and every business day. If you fail to inform us, you may be liable for the full price of the service.
